Onsite and Remote Support
Remote monitoring and support are great tools, enabling our technicians to fix problems quickly and securely. For many problems our local support desk can have you back up and running within just a few minutes, enabling you to get on with your work. All of our techs are right in our office in Aiken, and we don’t outsource our help desk.
Our own local technicians also come onsite to help with tasks like hardware installation, cabling, and any other troubleshooting that requires our presence. Our techs strive to be prompt, professional, and for great customer service – we work to help our clients understand what is going on when there is a problem, and what it will take to fix it.
